Overview

Heretaunga Electrical needed a website that clearly communicated their expertise
while making it easy for customers to request help — especially for urgent
callouts. Their previous site lacked structure, looked dated, and wasn’t
converting well.

Our aim was to create a strong, trustworthy online presence that matched the
reliability of their service.

What We Did

We built a clean, modern layout centred around easy access to contact options and
clear, quick-service information. A prominent call to action allows visitors to
request quotes or book a service instantly, while well-defined service categories
help customers identify the right solution.

The site is optimised for speed, mobile usability, and accessibility — essential
for trades customers who are often browsing quickly on their phones.

We also implemented a structured content system using ACF, making it simple for
the electrician to update services, pricing notes, and emergency information
without breaking layout consistency.
